Greece ➡

All orders over 80€ have Free Shipping.

Orders under 80€ incur a 4€ charge for Courier delivery.

Orders under 80€ incur a 2.50€ charge for pick-up from a Box Now locker.

Cyprus➡

All orders over 300€ have Free Shipping.

Orders under 300€ incur a 15€ charge for standard delivery & 30€ for Express delivery via Courier.

Orders under 300€ incur a 15€ charge for pick-up from a Box Now locker.

 

Shipping time for orders outside Attica

The shipping time for orders within Greece is 3-5 business days, while for Cyprus, it is 5-10 business days.

Our goal is the fastest possible delivery of your orders for your best service.

In case you are in a remote or hard-to-reach area (according to the courier company), you will receive a relevant update from the courier company regarding your service.

 

Important note:

Our company is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of ordered products that are not due to its fault or constitute force majeure events such as problems with the road network, severe weather conditions, strikes, etc.

 

Order Tracking

All orders are sent via courier service to the address you indicated when submitting your order. When the courier receives your order from us, you will receive an informative email with its departure date, tracking ID, and a link to track its progress. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. In case of your absence during delivery, the courier company will leave a note with the details of the next delivery.
