At Timberlandshop.gr our goal is simple: We want you to feel as confident about your order as we feel about our products!

You can return products purchased online for free for any reason you wish, within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

The process is very simple, fill out the online returns/exchanges form according to the steps below:

1. Visit the product return page.

- If you are a member (Bonus member), log in with your email & password.

- If you completed the purchase as a guest, enter the email you used during the order and the order number.

- If you wish to return a gift, you must enter the order number, the PIN you will find on the exchange card, and your email.

2. Find the order containing the product you want to return and click Return (on the left).

3. Select the product you wish to return, the reason for return, the return method, and click continue.

4. Choose whether you wish to deliver the return package to the courier yourself or if you wish the courier to pick it up from your premises.

  • if you choose to deliver it to the courier yourself, please pack the product and deliver it to the cooperating courier with shipping details as stated on the top of our receipt and send it with recipient charges

  • if you choose pick up from your premises, verify the pick-up address details and select the day and time you will be available for the courier to pick up your return. Pack the product before handing it over to the courier.

5. Scroll down and carefully read the terms and conditions of returns, and if you agree, click the acceptance box.

6. Click the box to certify the correct delivery of the product for return.

7. Click Complete Return.

Return Policy

You can return-exchange a product you purchased within 14 calendar days from the date stated on the purchase document (receipt or invoice). Each order is entitled to one free return if made with the cooperating courier company. Your return must necessarily be accompanied by the original purchase document you received with your order. Footwear-clothing must be in excellent condition (unused or unwashed, with their internal and external tags, without alterations, shoe box) and packed in the box you received them in. Any promotional gift received with an order must accompany your return, otherwise the return process cannot be completed and accepted. When returning products that have benefited from a discount or promotional offer (member points), the refund of points/money will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds are made in the same way the product was purchased (e.g., if you paid by credit card, it will be credited to your card) and only concerns the value of your products; any shipping or cash-on-delivery costs you may have paid during the order are not refunded. If payment was made by cash on delivery, you must specify a bank account where you wish the refund to be made, informing us of the beneficiary's name, IBAN, and the bank to which the account belongs. If you wish to return an item from the original order more than once, you will be charged shipping costs. The charge is 5€+VAT (6.20€) for areas served by the cooperating courier company and 10€+VAT (12.40€) for remote areas. In the case of a special promotional discount, product exchanges are only possible if the new product has an equal or greater value than the returned item, and refunds require a full return of the order's products, otherwise they are not accepted (e.g., a promotional offer for 20% additional discount on purchases over 300€).

What you cannot return:

- Products marked Clearance

- Shoe care products

Attention:

A prerequisite for your return-exchange to be accepted is that the footwear-clothing-accessories must be in excellent condition. They must be unused or unwashed, have their internal and external tags, have not been altered, and the shoe box must not be damaged. For this reason, please, if you do not have the packaging you received them in, protect them with a bag or another box to prevent damage during transport. In case of damage, the return will not be accepted.

Return cases:

Size change: This refers exclusively to a change in size for the same product code.

Return of defective item: Some marks you may observe on Timberland products are natural because they are made from natural leather with the least possible processing. Our products undergo quality control during packaging. If, for any reason, you receive a product that you believe is defective, please complete the online defective product return process within 5 days of receiving your order. Once we receive it, if it is inspected and deemed defective, you will be informed to choose whether you wish to replace the product or receive a refund.

Return without reason (I changed my mind): You have the right to return the product without any reason within 14 calendar days from the date stated on the purchase document (receipt or invoice), as long as the product is in excellent condition and in the packaging you received it in.
