What is the Bonus Card System?
At timberlandshop.gr we want you to win with every purchase! By registering as a Bonus Card member, your own electronic Bonus Card is issued, with which you collect points with every purchase. Every €1 of purchases corresponds to 100 Bonus Points, meaning every time you shop you earn 10% of your total purchases (excluding cash on delivery & shipping costs) as points on your bonus card, which are converted into € and can be redeemed on any subsequent order. E.g. if your total purchases are €100, then 10,000 points are credited to your card, which correspond to a €10 discount on your next purchase!
How do I earn Bonus points?
To start collecting points, you will need to create an account on our website. Each time you shop from our online store, you will first log into your account and then proceed with your order.
When are the points credited to my Bonus Card?
Points are credited to your card within 24 hours of the issue of the Retail Receipt/Purchase Invoice.
How can I redeem the points I have accumulated?
You can redeem your points exclusively by yourself when placing your order. To redeem them, you must first log in to your account. Then you will add the product/products you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed with the order completion. At the point where you fill in your details and directly above the product/products you have selected, you will find the text "You have X€ from Bonus Points to redeem. Enter the amount you wish to redeem in the order:" there you will enter the amount you wish to redeem and click the yellow arrow. To confirm that the redemption has been completed, you can refer to the bottom of the page.
Can shipping and cash-on-delivery fees be covered by points?
The points you have accumulated are only for product purchases.
Should I redeem the entire amount I have accumulated or only a portion of it?
You don't have to redeem the entire amount you've collected! You can redeem a portion of it with each purchase!
Where can I see the points I have accumulated?
After logging in to your account, you will see your profile as the home screen, where on the right you will see your Bonus Card number and directly below it your available points.
I made a guest purchase but I have a Bonus Card and the points weren't added. Did I lose them?
To earn points, it is essential that you are logged into your account before placing your order; otherwise, you will not be able to earn points from your order.
