Terms & conditions of returning an order/product

• Returns can be made online through www.timberlandshop.gr/returns, within 20 days of receipt date, containing the returning product, all promotional material offered during the placement of the order and the official receipt. Bonus points will be deducted automatically.
• Every order gets a free return, in case you need to return a product/order for the second time, you will be charged 6,2€ for areas within the limits of our courier service company or 12,4€ for not easily accessible areas.

Money returns can be made based on the way your order has been placed. (Bank transfered payments are returned to the same bank account, etc. In the case of 'Cash on delivery' while submitting your return online, you will be asked to fullfil your bank account for the transfer to be made.

 You cannot return

• Clearance/ Finaln sale items.
• Product care.

Timberlandshop remains the right to not accept order returns if they are clearly used or not been delivered with all the necessary receipts, offers and packaging. 

Returnig cases :

• Change size : You can change the size of the product you've purchased.
• Return of a faulty product: Timberland products are mostly made of leather with minimum processing to be durable, thus may have realy spots which can be seen as faulty but are definitely not. All products are being checked during quality control before packaging. If for any reason you are sure a product is condsidered as faulty, please fullfil the online returning process within 5 days of receiving the order. You can ask either to receive a new product or get a refund.
• Return without reason:  You have the right to return your product/order within 20 days of the receipt date in the same condition as you have received it.

Returning process

To return a product you must follow the steps below in our online system:

• Visit www.timberlandshop.gr/returns and sign in to your account.

o If you are a member, log in with your username (email) and password.

o If you had completed your purchase as a Guest, you should enter the email used for placing this order and the order number.

o If you wish to return a gift you received, you must enter the order number, the gift code found on your gift receipt and your email.

• Select the order number that contained the product you want to return and press Return.

• Choose the product you want to return first, then choose one of the default return reasons and press continue.

• Confirm your shipping details as well as the day and time that you will be available to give ACS courier the returning product for free!

• Read carefully the terms and conditions of the returns and accept them to move on to the last step of clicking on return.
